The best bloggers become the best because they are the bloggers who they blog. They are fascinated by their subject blogging, rarely covering other distractions. They blog their passion, and you feel, you know, it shows everything in their blog.
People are attracted by the positive energy. Create a blog filled with good content, the outlook positive, and content and you attract readers. People want friends who are like them, but also their ability to be more. Turn your readers as friends and you build a loyal audience.
The closer you are honest with your readers, your personality shining through the writing, the more you are willing to be fair you, the expert, a person who knows or wants to know more, the more likely you are to build a Readership balance.
When I was young, we were entertained on television by JP Patches, a wonderful clown who lived in the city dump in a shack and whose best friend, Gertrude. We were sure Gertrude was a guy, but it did not matter. He has a daughter with a mop on his head for the hair and you loved her. JP has been a success because it has hailed his humble home and sharing their stories with you. You felt like it is right to talk about you, and you alone. You wanted to be like him, and other times, you learned from him because of his error - not wanting to be like him. And yet you liked, his life simple, stupid, corny jokes, and the adventures he might stumble and Gertude around the city dump.
We all have that person in our life, who was a friend and mentor. Bloggers are also friends and mentors to many, it should be that of your readers trust for the information they need and to learn from each other on the road. Be a friend and your blogs World will develop with more friends than you know what to do with.
Do not fake, force, or tinker in the process. This happens because you are just you, the blogger, share your knowledge and experience with others.
